Mung Dal, Red Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Sodium Bicarbonate (E-500), Iodized Salt.
- Soak the contents of packet in fresh water for few minutes.
- Remove the content from the water & add to the gravy.
- Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Heat ½ tsp Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and
2 to 4 dry red chili. Add this to the bariyan as a tempering.
