Hyderabadi Bariyan

Preparation Method
  • Soak the contents of packet in fresh water for few minutes.
  • Remove the content from the water & add to the gravy.
  • Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Heat ½ tsp Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and 2 to 4 dry red chili. Add this to the bariyan as a tempering.
