Description
Lachha is a conventional handcrafted recipe made from rice paste. Several thin strings wound into a circular form before being dried. They can be used as a fun snack or as part of the main course.
Ingredients
Rice Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate (E-500), Vegetable Oil & Iodized Salt.
Frying Method
- Remove the Lachha from the bag.
- Heat the oil to around 180°C - 200°C
- Fry the Lachha in oil for approx 20-25 seconds
until its colour change into light cream. Take it out.
