A crisp and very delicious snack, this LIJJAT MUNG DAL Plain Papad is used both as starters and side dish to add that extra pinch of taste and flavour to the meal.
Ingredients
Mung Dal, Sodium Bicarbonate (Food Grade) Vegetable Oil & Salt.

To Microwave Method
Lightly brush both sides of papad with vegetable oil.
Place papad in microwave (900 watt) and cook on
medium power for approximately 80 to 90 seconds.
Frying Method
Remove the Papad from the bag.
Heat the oil around 150°C - 170°C.
Fry the Papad in oil approx 7-10 seconds.
To Roast Method
Using tongs, individually roast papad over open flame
quickly flipping and moving papad as necessary for even cooking.
For those not experienced in using OPEN FLAME, use the Microwave or Frying methods only, heating until fully cooked.
